🚨 Nagalagam Street Water level Update - 1100 PM, 29 November

⭕️ Nagalagam Street water level has risen to 6.8 ft. The official Major Flood level is 7 ft. Upstream water is now slowly reaching Colombo.

⭕️ During the 2016 floods, the Nagalagam Street water level peaked at 7.64 ft.

⭕️ Given that Glencourse is still recording water levels above the Major Flood level, along with Hanwella continuing to rise, Nagalagam Street could rise above 8 ft tomorrow.

⭕️ There is a high chance it will remain above the Major Flood level for at least a couple of days.
